She is fueled by a hunger to encourage, equip, and raise people up into their God given identity and leaves no sticky topic of conversation unscathed. Yes, she is indeed the girl who playfully charges into awkward situations by pointing out the elephant in the room and has the beautiful ability to proclaim wild action, illicit response, and fan the flames of hope.
With over 15 years of experience leading and serving in both corporate and faith-based environments, Tania comes to the table with a wealth of practical leadership principles, a genuine love for God’s word, and a unique ability to bridge the gap between science and faith.

Propelled by a relentless determination to love people well, Omarys engages the world with the calm of a sweet loving mama - eager to remind people of their worth, fiercely protective of her people. She is the steady and comforting constant always drawing people back to the value of rest and abiding. Her zeal to lead people into the intimacy of deep authentic friendship with God and each other is etched in her belief of God’s good and relational nature. She communicates with a breadth of practical wisdom, nourishing the human heart with encouragement and simultaneously challenging it to leave the shallow waters of its comfort.
Over the last ten years, Omarys has played various roles within the Higher Education industry and spent ample time mentoring young adults, serving the local church, and letting her life spill over on the ballpoints of a blue ink pen.
