Co-founder and president of {WHOLE}HEARTED COLLABORATIVE, Tania is the visionary with an ear that is constantly leaned towards heaven as she helps set the tone and direction of the organization. She is a hope-filled communicator of truth, passionate about encouraging people to walk in their God given identity with grace and diligence. Her love for learning and adventuring nature, make way for an ever expanding list of skills and hobbies. She comes with a breadth of business acumen, leadership experience, and the right dose of humor.
Omarys Hernandez | Co-Founder
Co-founder and vice-president of {WHOLE}HEARTED COLLABORATIVE, Omarys is the organizing, implementing, detail-hugging executor of the organization’s logistics and operations. She is a behind the scenes, prayer warrior who helps lead the charge with the Holy Spirit as an accomplice. A writer by nature, she is passionate about communicating the father's heart as she addresses matters that move people into deeper relationship with God and others. She has a love for all things creative and knack for making something out of nothing that often breathes life onto the organization’s vision. She carries a wealth of stability, quiet wisdom, and mentoring experience.
